Yes. By default the avatar speaks Colombian Spanish, and you can fine-tune the accent (Bogotá, Medellín/paisa, Cali, coastal/Barranquilla, or neutral Colombian) from the map in the form. You can also pick other Latin American regions — Mexico, Venezuela, Peru, Chile or Argentina — if that's where your audience is. This is the AI model's best effort, not an exact guarantee.

The video you generate with self-serve is yours to use across your social media and campaigns; we don't claim ownership of it. You remain responsible for holding the rights to the material you upload (photos, logo, brand) and for complying with the policies of the platform where you publish. Details are in our Terms.

Before generating, you can request up to 3 rounds of script changes at no extra cost. For the 10s tier, if the final result doesn't convince you, you pay nothing — the watermarked preview is free; note that to start another video you first need to close that one out (by paying for it or deleting it). For 20s and 30s the payment happens before generating, so it's worth reviewing the script carefully; if something goes wrong, report it from the panel or write to us and we'll look into it.

The 10s tier is usually ready in 1 to 2 minutes after approving the script. The 20s and 30s tiers, which stitch together multiple clips, can take several minutes more. You don't need to wait around: generation continues on our servers and we'll email you when it's ready.

You build your package in the calculator and, if you pay the 10% deposit today, you unlock a 10% discount on the total. The deposit is paid by international credit/debit card or PSE (Colombia). The balance is due on delivery. You can also book a call first, but without the discount.
